Return Policy

LGC strongly recommend using trial/demo version of software before buying to check all features & functionalities. LGC doesn’t guarantee the refund in case of product functionalities or features or whatsoever issues. Still if You find any concern with product, We will try to assist you to make purchase worth or try to get refund from vendor/OEM/brand owner. Before activating software license or starting to use the software, you need to understand software EULA & accept it. In case You have already activated software, Returns cannot be accepted for such products.

LGC’s Replacement Guarantee seeks to assist Buyers who have been defrauded by qualified sellers on the Website. The return policy period depends on the product category and the seller. Kindly refer to ‘Refund Policy’ to know the return policy period applicable for different products.

If LGC has suspicion or knowledge, that any of its Buyers, Sellers, Developers, OEM and/or Brand Owner are involved in any activity that is intended to provide claims or information that is false, misleading or not genuine, then LGC may while reserving its rights to initiate relevant legal proceedings against member, may also at its sole discretion suspend, block, restrict, cancel the registration / affiliation / any association of such buyer and seller and /or disqualify that buyer/seller/OEM.

Refund & Cancellation policy (Customer point of view & TAT)

In case you want to cancel the order, you may do that within 24 Hours of placing the order.

If you decide to cancel the order and want refund from us, You may submit your cancellation requests by email. Based on respective OEM / Vendor policy we will try our best to get the order cancelled and process refund, refund is not guaranteed. Please do not consider refund request valid unless you receive confirmation from LGC. If OEM / Vendor approves cancellation and refund request, LGC will charge 10% cancellation of paid amount and process balance amount for refund. Refund will be made to same mode from which you made the payment or as LGC communicate on email after your confirmation.

In case you have already received the ordered product, you may return it back to seller. Please note that “No” refund will be provided once product is delivered to you.
